LIVING ROOM: Has a new couch and love seat combination, a recliner, fresh paint and new carpet, a 19 inch TV with DISH Network via a satellite, a VCR/DVD player and a 5-CD changer with AM/FM radio. We also have a telescope, chess set, backgammon, playing cards and poker chips, jigsaw puzzles, board games and a growing selection of DVD's, VHS tapes, books and CD's, although you may want to bring some of your own and donate them to the cause!
KITCHEN: There is a dining area that seats 4, plus 2 more on stools at the center island. There is a full compliment of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, mugs, beer, wine and juice glasses, silverware, even a set of champagne flutes. There is a fridge with upper freezer, a dishwasher (don't use too much soap due to the altitude), a microwave, a coffee maker and a toaster oven.
MASTER BEDROOM: Sleeps 2 on a brand new queen bed and has a walk in closet. The room has a new dresser and night stand, a computer desk with fax/copier/scanner/printer that connects to your laptop via USB connection and a modem connection is there too.
The master bath is a huge (16x11) with his 'n' hers sinks, a walk in shower and a mirrored garden tub in the middle, complete with candles. Perfect for those romantic evenings.
BUNK ROOM: At the other end of the house, there are two bedrooms that have had their common wall removed and it is now one big bunk room. It has two futons, one on either end. From one of them you will awaken to a view of Wheeler Peak, tallest in New Mexico. From the other you will awaken to a stunning view of the lake. This room can sleep from 1 to 4 people. The room has been totally refurbished by our teenage daughters and features all new furnishings, paint and carpet. There is a full bath on this end as well (but sorry, no garden tub).
PORCH: Although it is not yet finished, the porch is my favorite room. With incredible views of almost the entire Moreno Valley it has just one bench that seats two and damn little else. Doesn't need it!
